BIOGRAFIA*Nace el 16 de Setiembre de 1902 en San José de Bellavista
distrito de la provincia de Pacasmayo.
*Reside en - Chiclayo desde 1918.
* Cofundador de "La Industria" desde 1952 y escribe su famosa
columna "A PROPOSITO" que son narraciones breves de un
solo capitulillo un tema vinculado con la historia y la tradición de
estos pueblos con cierto matiz risueño, didáctico y como de una
conversación.
*Por su pluma y su crítica fue preso político durante la dictadura de Odría.
OBRA
*Publica poesía y Prosa desde los antiguos semanarios como JUVENTUD y ha sido periodista en
el Diario EL PAIS y en AMAUTA de Mariátegui desde 1924.
*Su primer seudónimo fue "NIXA - NOR" que los cajistas y tipógrafos abreviaron sin consultarle
y lo definieron.
